Nancy Carlton has run Gateway's office since the days of Adobe Plaza. She is the financial secretary, as well as office manager for Gateway. It has been said that Nancy knows everything. Nancy and her husband, Jim have three sons; Danny and Matthew who are married and live in the area, and Tim who attends Temecula Valley High School. Matthew's wife, Megan is Gateway's Children's pastor.
