What does it mean to be a follower of Christ?
What it means is that an individual understand his/her need for Christ and to have a relationship with Him. The individual understands that this relationship is meant to be lived out with a heart of love. The personal focus on everything in life becomes Jesus and his plan. To understand that each person is on a journey is crucial. As we grow, God changes us and molds us into what he wants us to be. A follower of Christ takes action. A relationship with Christ is not meant to be lived in a closet where no one can see it. God's light must be seen. One way is through those that are follower's of Him.
